1. Who is the data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through the contact form on akds.pl is Andrei Krikun - KRIKUN DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, VAT ID (NIP): 7773409918, [email protected].
For any matter concerning your personal data, write to the e-mail address above.
2. What data I collect
Through the contact form I collect only what you enter yourself:
- your name (or however you'd like to be addressed),
- your e-mail address,
- the message — including any extra details you choose to put in it (company name, phone number, etc.).
In addition, on submission the following technical data is stored automatically: IP address, browser information (user agent), the page the form was sent from and the date and time of submission. This is used solely to protect the site from spam and abuse (rate-limiting per IP address).
The site uses self-hosted Umami analytics, which works without cookies and collects anonymised visit statistics (pages viewed, browser and device type, country-level location) and an anonymous record of how the page is used (e.g. clicks and scrolling) to improve usability. This data is processed on my own server, is not linked to the contact-form data, does not identify you personally and is not shared with third parties — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The site has no advertising tools and does not track you across other sites. The language version is selected via the URL.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and possibly entering into a business relationship — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).
- Protecting the site from spam and abuse (technical data, including IP address) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Defending against claims and meeting tax obligations, should we start working together — Art. 6(1)(f) and (c) GDPR.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name, e-mail address and message I cannot reply to your enquiry.
4. Who receives the data
I do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes. It may be processed by:
- the hosting provider whose servers run this site and store the submissions,
- Telegram Messenger (Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Group Inc.) — a notification about each new submission, containing your name, e-mail address, message and IP address, is delivered to a service chat so that I can respond quickly. This involves a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, carried out to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
If you'd rather your enquiry did not pass through Telegram, e-mail me directly at [email protected] — that route involves neither the form nor Telegram.
The site loads Google Fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When the page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.
5. How long I keep the data
Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months from our last contact and then deleted. If we start working together, contract-related data is kept for as long as the law requires (tax rules among others) and until claims become time-barred.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability.
To exercise any of these, a message to [email protected] is enough. I respond within one month at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
7. Profiling and automated decisions
I do not profile you and do not make decisions about you by automated means only.
8. Changes to this policy
If the scope of processing changes, I will update this document and change the date at the top of the page.
